Action Proposal on a Wakeboard!

We came across this crazy action packed wedding proposal!  Matthew Gencarella decided to propose to his girlfriend, Brynn Hathaway, while wakeboarding.  Watch the video to see how surprised she is when he actually gets down on one knee!
