The function rooms available for hire at Matilda Bay Restaurant are:

The Roe Function Room:
- Room hire fee of $500.00
- Seated capacity is 70 to 140 guests
- Cocktail capacity is 100 to 250 guests
- Please note this room is on the upper level and has no lift or wheelchair access

The Catalina Room :
- This room has exclusive use of the stunning alfresco area which makes any event a unique experience.
- Room hire fee of $300.00
- Seated capacity is 30 to 50 guests
- Cocktail capacity is 60 to 100 guests

Please note: On Saturdays and Friday evenings and functions in November & December period specific minimum spends apply in the Roe Room and Catalina Room.

The Wine Room :
- This exclusive room is situated on the ground floor, adjacent to our main restaurant and is ideal for intimate wedding receptions.
- A room hire fee of $250.00.
- Seating capacity of 12 to 20 guests.
- Minimum spend of $1500 on food and beverages.
- The a la carte menu is available in this room.
